No golden carrots in Foodstuffs category in creative mode

There's no golden carrots in the Foodstuffs category in Creative mode. They're in the Brewing category, but golden carrots are one of the best sources of food in Minecraft, so shouldn't they be in both categories? It's confusing if they are only in the Brewing category.
