Piglins don't get angry when you open a chest minecart

unlike a regular chest, if you open a chest minecart near a piglin (wearing gold armor of course) the piglin is completely fine with it. Not completely sure if that's a bug but it feels like that's not supposed to happen, so I'm reporting it.
