Chickens with the noAI NBT tag still lay eggs

When summoning a chicken with {NoAI:1b}, it still produces eggs, even though all of its actions should be disabled.

How to recreate:

1.) /summon chicken ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}

2.) Wait - after a while it'll lay an egg.
