One Inventory slot isn't accessible when Recipe Book is open

I first noticed it in Pre-release 5, every time I'm in an inventory of some sort, when the recipe book is open I can't access the top right inventory slot. Every time I've come to report the issue, it resolves itself and I can't replicate it until I restart Minecraft. Issue isn't a problem in any snapshot or previous version of MC, and seems to resolve itself whenever entering or leaving the Nether/End
