Have been waiting months for help logging in

Over the past few months, I have made repeated attempts to reset my password to minecraft.net, so reset email has arrived in my inbox or spam folder. But even worse, I have posted two help tickets, waiting weeks after each, getting no reply. This is completely unacceptable. I'm not able to play the game.
