Time set command bug

No sun and moon bug

What I expected to happen was...:
When i type the time set command there was no moon or sun

What actually happened was...:
There was no moon or sun until i relogged

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go ingot cheat mode
2.type /time set <number>
