Splashes not updating when changing resource packs (loading a world / restart is needed)

Splashes display messages from resource pack not currently selected

How to re-create:

1. use "Default" resource pack
2. change to a resource pack with custom splashes

The splashes will still display the default splashes until you refresh the main menu (open then close a world or reboot minecraft)
