Combining Fire Aspect 2 with Fire Aspect 2 gives Fire Aspect 2.

If Im correct Fire Aspect 2 is the highest you can get but I just wanted to make sure but then for 4 XP points I just got a Fire Aspect 2 after combining 2 Fire Aspect 2's. Not sure if its the same for other enchantments. P.S. I used enchanted books
