Fabulous and Fancy graphics tooltips have missing commas

The bug

Both Fabulous! and Fancy graphics tool tips have missing commas in certain parts.

The Fabulous! graphics tool tip should have the following text:

Fabulous! graphics uses screen shaders for drawing weather, clouds, and particles behind translucent blocks and water.

The Fancy graphics tool tip should also have the following text:

Weather, clouds, and particles may not appear behind translucent blocks or water.

The reason for the bug is that commas should precede the last word of a list having three or more words:

red, yellow, and blue

Workaround

A resource pack is provided below to fix the bug for the "English (US)" language. It also adds another new line to all graphics tool tips to make them look cleaner.
