Hoglins Spawn to much

In the New 1.16/Nether Update They have added a new Mob called the Hoglins. I have found a tiny Problem with these guys! When you either Respawn(via new Respawn Anchor)  or start in a Crimson Forest it is IMPOSSIBLE to stay alive there is way to many Hoglins(New Mob/"Food Source") spawning at the same time so when I respawn I would immediately die again bc there is about 5-9  Hoglins that Just spawned and I die until I don't have any Glowstone left or I just quit because I cant even move. please lower the Hoglins a little.
