input lag

This one is simple, there is excessive input lag on Minecraft, specifically only mouse movement.

for example: if I slide my mouse quickly, there is about a .75 second delay on the input (No its not my monitor either) I even tested it off of Minecraft. no input lag outside of Minecraft, but very severe inside of Minecraft

UPDATE: it seems it only happens with VSync off
