Minecraft #3 bug in 1.16 pre realease 7

I found a bug that is currently in minecraft 1.16 pre. realese 7 that number 3 on the inventory and hotbar is not the like ex. 23 to 2  , like 3 became a blank in the game and i just get confused and that all i get from it for now keep up the good work
