If you create a world with the seed: -7191279424919125004 and teleport to -574 45 220, you'll see a structure that according to the game should be a ruined portal besides of a Ocean Monument, everything in on place (netherack, magma, chest, golden block...), except for the portal itself that maybe was overlaid by the monument
