Ears of Dragon Head cause z-fighting from inside

The bug

The ear parts of a Dragon Head when placed still cause z-fighting when viewed from inside in Spectator mode despite MC-188838 being fixed for other heads and skulls with the bottom when placed on the floor and the side when placed at a wall.

The bug relates to MC-130732.

How to reproduce

1. Place a Dragon Head at the floor or a wall.
2. Switch to Spectator mode, and then view it from the inside.
   → The ears of the Dragon Head still cause z-fighting.
