/Spawnpoint Overlook?

I have been testing things with /spawnpoint and /tp, and I noticed that /tp has a feature that /spawnpoint does not. When you TP something you're able to have the entity face a certain way. However, with /spawnpoint, the player always faces south when respawning. Is Minecraft able to add in a command for facing rotation? 

 

Command for TP: /tp @ [X]  [Y] [Z]  [Degree][Degree] 

(What I want for spawnpoint) /spawnpoint @  [X]  [Y]  [Z]  [Degree]  [Degree]
