Inventory main hand wiping

My realm is having a problem where every time a player joins, if a player inside of the realm already is holding something, It clears the item automatically, it is not a command block since I haven’t used /clear for any command up till now, I am not the owner of the realm but I am an admin and I also do all of the realms commands. Thank you.
