My game started lagging all of a sudden

My Minecraft was running fine ever since I got my laptop a year ago. However, I think it's starting to show it's age. I woke up one day, opened Minecraft, and all of a sudden, it started lagging. I don't know why. I never changed any settings, it just started lagging all of a sudden. I didn't even create a new world, and it started lagging! I tried everything, even deleting the Minecraft files, but to no avail. I went to the F3 settings and found the attached file. I was internally screaming. 2 fps? That's 3% The actual PC FPS! Any help would be appreciated, I just want to play Minecraft without any interruptions.
