Inventory crafting doesn't work on a server after using the recipe book

When I was crafting with my inv crafting grid on a server, I randomly broke after I shift clicked on the quartz block in the crafting book to craft that a couple of times. The server was not laging becouse I could still open containers and everyone could still send chat messages.

When it broke the book stopped working (clicking on any item did nothing) and items placed in the grid stayed there even when I closed my inv (It beheaved like the normal inventory, I could put items in those slots and pick items out of the slots and when closing they stayed there) (and it broke only for me and not the other players)

The crafting grid worked again after I relogged on the server
