Wrong textures

The textures are wrong , in my pc all blocks has a lines and some transparent frames, so terrorific, i probe to change textures and there are no changes , same problem with default textures . My pc is acer , intel celeron processor n2840, intel HD graphics and 4GB DDR3 L Memory.
