1 tick redstone repeater visual bug [FIXED]

make the timer in the screenshot. all redstone repeaters are set to one tick. to start the clock, place down a redstone torch next to the redstone wire and break it very quickly (may not work on slower computers). the repeater on the right will not show the correct timing unless you place down redstone wire on the output of it. Also WHY ARE YOU CHECKING ISSUES POSTED AFTER MINE FIRST?
