Double sound when clicked on "Chat Settings"

The Bug:

Click sound is played two times when clicked on "Chat Settings". For me it only appears in "Chat Settings"

How to reproduce:

1. Press Esc

2. Click on "Chat Settings"

Versions:

1.16pre6, 1.15.2 (maybe, I'm not sure)
