Compasses and Clocks still work in the Crafting Table output slot

The bug

Although similar bugs with Compasses and Clocks such as MC-116293 and MC-182888 have been fixed, both items still work in the Crafting Table output slot.

How to reproduce

Open the Crafting Table, and then either use a Recipe Book to or manually create either a Compass or a Clock.
→ The Compass or Clock still works in the output slot.
