Unable to change language

It looks like this picture.I first opened the game,then I wanted to change the language to Chinese,but I saw nothing on the interface,so I knew I cannot change any languages.Although it may not be a big deal,I'm used to playing Minecraft in Chinese.Anyway,someone may use other languages except English.(The version in the picture is 1.16 Pre-release 5)
