The Bug:

Piglins have humanoid arm positions and animations when not holding tools.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Switch into survival mode and give yourself the resistance effect by using the command provided below.

   /effect give @s minecraft:resistance 99 3

2. Summon a piglin that isn't holding any tools by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:piglin ~ ~ ~ {HandItems:[{},{}]}

3. Allow the piglin to attack you and observe its animations as it does so.
4. Take note as to whether or not piglins have humanoid arm positions and animations when not holding tools.

Observed Behavior:

Piglins have humanoid arm positions and animations.

Expected Behavior:

Piglins would not have humanoid arm positions and animations.
