Lighting is incorrect

Whenever I look down during daytime My whole hand turns Black as If in a dark cave... Also, when facing light and looking down it still does it....

At night when I look at a mob or my hand and I look down my hand lights up!

Chests when looked at from above have a dark texture until opened or looked straight at!
