Redstone in jungle temple / pyramid no longer connects to blocks and redstone components properly

The redstone in the jungle temple / pyramid no longer is able to power all blocks correctly since it only seems to connect to other redstone wires, but not to any other blocks.

The piston puzzle is broken as well since a redstone dot is used instead of a redstone cross.
