MC-189883Nether fortresses no longer generate over lava lakes
fortresses do not seem to spawn above lava lakes like they used to in 1.15.2 and below and also the 1.16 snapshots and 1.16 pre 1 and 2 but now the do not seem to spawn there anymore i do not know if this is intended or if it is a bug
