Invisible force near liquids and lower than 1 block height

When standing on a block that is lower than normal block level ie. (farmland, pathways, and soulsand) and near an edge of a block, you are pushed towards the edge until you fall off or sprint jump against it. same goes for fluids including lava. (rip my hardcore)
