Being pushed off of blocks, similar to an entity or water obstructing path

When standing on path blocks, I am getting pushed off and around. 

What I expected to happen was...:
Walking on path normally

What actually happened was...:
Being pushed off, just like water.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place some grass path blocks one block above where you are currently standing (or visit a village)
2. Jump up to the grass path blocks.
3. You will be pushed off, similar to standing next to an animal/mob or being moved around by water
