Java 1.16 pre-release 5 stepping on path blocks will push you off of the block

What I expected to happen was...:
I should have been able to jump up onto the block and walk across it

What actually happened was...:
when traveling onto a path block I was pushed off of it.

1. open 1.16 pre-release five Java in survival mode
2. step on a grass path block
