Raining on Structure within Deep Frozen Ocean with snow block

Raining on snow block in Deep Frozen Ocean.

The terrain must generate snow block at snowing height.  It's a bug if it's not. 

2 solutions:

1- Generating snow block at temperature / height where it snow, or

2- Switch rain for snow in frozen biome.
