Getting stuck on path blocks and sliding on tilled blocks

I found a bug where you can get stuck on a path block. You can move along other path blocks but not over it unless you jump. Please see the attatched link below for a better visual explanation

Also there's a bug where you slide on tilled farmland. If you jump on it sideways, you get pushed off
