Bugged Shadow, Not standing after falling into water with horse,

So I have my custom shadow.png file in the /misc folder in the resourcepacks and It is way underscaled, I tried to make the image bigger but it didn't help.
I've put an attachment to let you know what I mean. This happens to the shadows of items and mobs.

Another thing is when I fall into water with my horse I'm not in a standing position after being removed from the horse, I can jump and walk wherever I want to, but only in a sitting position. After reloging it's working fine.
