It's a glitch/exploit with boats

When you're on a boat, if you let off of the forward button for just a millisecond and use hold right click to use what ever item you have in your hand then move forward the item is still being used. This allows the player to let off of W for just matter of milliseconds and use the bow, eat, use potions, etc..
