Piglins with crossbows slowly walk backwards when avoiding players instead of running backwards

The bug

Unlike piglins running towards the players with swords, piglins with crossbows does not run backwards when a player, wither skeleton or hoglin approaches them, instead they just walk slowly which may cause them to getting killed easily.
