Standing on a non-full block near water pulls the player in.

When standing on anon-full block (eg: Farmland, pathway block), that is besides a water source block, the player gets dragged into the water.

To reproduce:

1. Place a water source in the ground
2. Place a farmland or path block besides it
3. stand on the path or farmland block
