The volume between 20%-100% regarding "Juke Box / Note Blocks" doesn't change the actual volume level

The volume between 20%-100% regarding "Settings" > "Music & Sounds" > "Jukebox/Note Blocks", doesn't change the actual volume level. The volume is only noticeable between 0%-10%.
