Ghost Blocks/invisible block pushing character off blocks

I can not walk upstairs consisting of grass and slabs, i come to a complete stop and can not walk on the grass path block at all when they are next to slabs. Also when I am walking around farming, using a hoe and placing seeds invisible blocks are pushing me around and will not let me walk only jump.
