Enderman able to pick up and place down snowy variant of grass block

Endermen are apparently able to pick up grass blocks of the snowy variant and place the snowy variant of the grass block down.  This causes an occasional snowy grass block to appear with no snow layer on top.  Killing the enderman results in a regular grass block
