particles now render over water completely

so we all know that water layered over particles in 1.15 and you could not see the particles?

yeah it is the opposite now. particles are not layered under the water through transparency. particles are just rendered as if it was in the air.

Edit: important to note that underwater particle rendering is from what i know correct
