Cloud Render Bug

I started a test world in 1.16 prerelease 4 and noticed that if I head underground, under trees, etc. the clouds would render while inside/underneath the object. I had an "outdated" datapack loaded at the time. I turned off the datapack without resetting the world and the bug persisted. The datapack and a screenshot of the glitch will be included in the files
