After a redstone dot is redirected, it will go back to the cross position

I don't know if this is a bug or if this is intentional.

1. Place a redstone dust and switch it to "dot" mode
2. Place anything that can redirect redstone next to it (eg. redstone block, redstone repeater, target block, etc.)
3. Mine the thing that is redirecting the redstone
4. The redstone will be back to "cross" mode
