Ice blocks on Item Frames visible through Chest blocks in "Fabulous!" setting

What I expected to happen was...:

When placing items on item frames, it should display and not be seen behind chest.

What actually happened was...:

Instead, I am able to see the Ice block through the chest.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place item frame one block above chest and display Ice block
2. Stand one block lower than that chest facing the ice block
3. Notice that the ice is still there despite being behind an opaque textured chest.

So far, I only notice it happen behind chest blocks, regular solid blocks like stone bricks are not affected. Attached with this report are screenshots from few angles.
