No Pillager patrols or Pillager Outposts in world

Playing minecraft world from 1.16 pre-1 version, got full diamond stuff and did everything, but, for this days and days I played the world, I NEVER got pillager patrol around me, I have been in 3-4 villages but I got only one raid... I have like 70000 chunks loaded, and I found only ONE pillager outpost! I tried few hours ago to "optimize the world" to the newest version of the game but still no pillagers in my world... I tried everything, I downloaded datapack for pillagers and enabled everything but still no luck. I had in my village about 12+ villagers and I didn't get one single patrol ...

 

Edit 1: I'm playing survival with cheats allowed!!
