Custom Dimensions don't work.

When you Import worldgen settings that have a custom dimension it gives you some error that basically says the whole custom dimension is an error. 
When you load in a datapack with custom dimensions, the dimensions just don't show. 
If you load an older world that had custom dimensions, they are deleted from the world folder.
