The carpets will not be destroyed and the carpet items will not be dropped

What actually happened was...:
The carpet items were dropped

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place slime block 1x2x1
2. place dead coral in front of slime block and place carpet on the dead coral
3. place sticky piston behind slime block and turn on the sticky piston and turn off it
