"Swap Item With Offhand" has incorrect capitalization

The bug

The "With" string in "Swap Item With Offhand" has incorrect capitalization. It should be changed to a lowercase "with" since a pronoun in a title should not be capitalized unless it is at the beginning of it.

How to reproduce

1. Press Esc to open the pause menu.
2. Open the "Options..." menu, and then click on the "Controls" button.
3. Search for "Swap Item With Offhand" after the "Open/Close Inventory" string.
   → "With" has incorrect capitalization.
