Game crashes when dispensing a shulkerbox from a dispenser

When dispensing a shulkerbox from a dispenser the game instantly crashes.

 After rebooting the game the shulkerbox has been duplicated with one dispensed infront of the dispenser and one in the inventory of the dispenser
