loot not spawning

in 20w22a i have been collecting items from villager chests, fortress and bastion. but one day it started to stop spawning loot. in villager chest and in bastion chest. i have not test them in all locations but it all seems to be that the chest that doesn't spawn anything inside are ones that are quite far from base and is my first time loading the chunk
