can't use weapon or tools after boat ride

can't use weapon or tools after boat ride

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected that I could use my tools or weapons

What actually happened was...:
I could scroll/pick a weapon/tool but it didn't show in my hand and couldn't use it not even punching

Steps to Reproduce:
1. jump in boat row a bit and jump out
2. try to get tool/weapon to pick up boat
3. nothing happen.

4. have to relog to get it fixed
